Refund and Return Policy
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from https://compliancecrew.au.
We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the terms set out in this Policy.
Before making a purchase, please read this Policy to understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you change your mind or are unsatisfied with your order.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you:
- Simply change your mind after the digital products are delivered.
- Made amendments or requested changes to the documents without consent, against our advice and beyond the limitations of the licence agreement.
- You were made aware of any faults before you placed an order.
Digital information cannot be “returned”. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds and exchanges for digital products.
You are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days if you change your mind after placing your order, but the digital products are not delivered. We will consider the products to be delivered once we have sent you access to your resources to your nominated email address.
We will fix any major issues with the digital products within a reasonable time.
For compliance services, the refund clause will be included in your client service agreement and will prevail.
