Significant modifications may prevent you from being eligible for our Rectification Guarantee, so it is very important that you comply with our License Agreement. We will be happy to discuss any feedback or changes that you would like. Remember, communication is the key!

You should avoid any actions not permitted by our License Agreement, as well as any unethical or unlawful activities. Treat our resources with the same respect you would want for your own property.

Each RTO requires its own license. If you operate multiple RTOs, contact us to discuss a multi-license deal that can save you money and ensure compliance.

We provide free updates for minor changes to training packages for three months after your purchase. For major updates or new training packages, give us a call to discuss your options. We'll make sure you're always in the loop and offer the best deals.

Due to the subjective nature of audits, we can't guarantee compliance. However, we offer Rectification Assistance for resources developed by Compliance Crew. If you face any issues, contact us, and we'll do our best to help. Our Rectification Assistance Guarantee will be explained in detailed in our License Agreement.
